Methi Dana Pickle is made with the Methi seeds brined in salt and turmeric water before sun-drying and blended with small mango slices, cold-pressed mustard oil, and chosen spices that give it a pronounced taste with lots of health benefits. Fenugreek seeds or Methi dana have a warm and penetrating aroma with a lot of medicinal qualities.
