Joshimath Mixed Rajma

Mixed Rajma is a blend of different kinds of Rajmas that comes from high altitude Rajma growing areas of Uttarakhand.

This Rajma blend is 100% free from chemicals and pesticides.

DIRECTIONS TO BOIL RAJMA:

1. No need to soak the rajma overnight.
2. Put rajma in pressure cooker with some cold water (enough to cover the seeds) and cook for two whistles.
3. Let the pressure of cooker release on its own.
4. Open the pressure cooker, add more cold water according to your need and cook for two more Whistles.
5. Let the pressure release on its own. Your Rajma is boiled.
