Himalayan Kartika Honey (High Altitude RARE Honey)

HIGH ALTITUDE RARE HONEY COLLECTED FROM UTTARAKHAND ALPINE FORESTS

Kartika honey is collected during the Kartika month of Hindu Calendar which falls between mid October to Mid November. During this time, flowers in the high altitude Himalayan forests are in bloom and native Himalayan Bee (Apis Cerana Indica) collect honey from them.

Studies suggest that this honey has high antioxidant. value as compared to honey samples collected from other areas during the same time period.
