Buransh (Rhododendron) Concentrate

Rhododendron (Buransh) trees grow wild in the Uttarakhand Himalayan forests and the hillsides are spotted with their bright red flowers in March. Locals call it Buransh and the flowers are used to make a healthy syrup concentrate.
